Here is a small collection of my blog posts and podcast appearances.

On Leah Tharin’s podcast ProducTea, I shared how founder-led sales can power product-led companies, building both product and personal confidence. We discussed embracing vulnerability in sales to gain insights beyond data, and the importance of balancing product-led growth with sales strategies early on.

Overcoming the fear of sales is crucial for founders, but it doesn’t have to be daunting. By focusing on customer problems instead of hard selling, I built confidence, improved conversions, and grew my company. Sales is more than closing deals—it’s about understanding your market and refining your strategy. Face it head-on, and you’ll become a stronger leader.

I sat down with Aram Melkoumov to discuss the sale of my startup, transitioning from a tiny startup founder to a product lead at a scale-up, giving up "many hats" for a more focused and defined role, and the importance and practice of product discovery.

Leaving a stable job to start a company felt risky, but I knew I’d never share in the rewards without taking the leap. The pull of variety and ownership outweighed the comfort of a steady paycheck and the fear of failure. In the end, it wasn’t about what I’d lose—it was about what I could gain.

I appeared in The Back Yourself Show with Tom Fairey where I shared the backstory of how I got into startups and ultimately ended up founding Prodsight.

The Back Yourself Show presents a leading conversation within the startup community globally that is actively helping over 10,000 founders and entrepreneurs in the first phase of their journey as business operators.

I joined Andrew Michael on his CHURN.FM podcast to talk about how multiple channels and siloed feedback can be a company’s biggest customer feedback analysis challenge and how good data hygiene is the foundation of data collaboration across teams.

We also dove into why you should rethink your churn exit survey and what you can do instead. Lastly, we discussed how you can analyse churn against support tickets and feature requests.
