Below are a few recent examples of companies and projects I have been involved in.

Playvox

Senior Director, Product Management

Playvox is a leading SaaS vendor in the Contact Center space with powerful solutions for Workforce Management and Quality Assurance. Playvox powers the world's fastest-growing brands, such as Sweaty Betty, Unity, and Turo. Playvox has raised over $25m in VC funding and has made three acquisitions, including Prodsight - a startup I founded.

  • Following the acquisition of Prodsight, I established Playvox’s UK-based development center, tripling the original team’s size and overseeing all of its work and operations.

  • Launched AutoQA, the first global cross-product initiative for the company, which involved the collaboration of three product teams across the UK and Colombia.

  • I also defined and implemented a global product management process for PMs spread across the US, Colombia, Australia, and the UK.

Prodsight

CEO & Founder

Prodsight was a Customer Experience SaaS startup that helped brands surface customer problems via AI-assisted analysis of their live chat transcripts, support tickets, reviews, and other customer feedback.

  • As a solo founder, I built the first MVP and bootstrapped the company to the first ten customers.

  • I raised $800,000 from VCs and angel investors and built a high-functioning team

  • I led the company to a successful seven-figure exit in 2022.

Yavi

Founding Product Manager

Yavi was a mobile software application and platform that connected workers to the operating system and allowed them to coordinate work and engage.

  • I was the first Product Manager working directly with the co-founders from day one of the startup.

  • I led the discovery and delivery of a mobile employee communications product from inception to significant user traction in prominent high-street food and retail chains.

  • I defined the product strategy, milestones, and roadmaps in close collaboration with the CEO and development team.

  • Acted as a product owner in all active projects, which included iOS and Android mobile apps, a schedule digitization system, an admin dashboard, and a company website.

As a Senior Product Manager for Issues, Notifications, and Chat Integrations at GitHub, I drive product strategy and execution to enhance collaboration and communication. I work closely with cross-functional teams to improve developer workflows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
